Refund policy

Return of damaged or faulty goods

If an item is damaged or faulty, you will be offered a full refund or exchange. Please notify us in writing providing your name, item description and reason for return. You must then mail the item back to us. The Natee will reimburse the postage costs to you, the customer.

This return should be made in what is deemed to be a reasonable amount of time from receipt of the item.

Non delivered goods

We cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery of goods if delivery information is not 100% accurate so please do take care in checking this information before submitting your order. You will be required to pay for goods to be re-delivered should they be returned to us due to an incorrect address.

Changing your mind

If you decide you no longer wish your ordered goods then you can cancel your order from the moment you place it up to 7 working days from when you receive your goods. Natee will happily return or exchange your goods within this timescale, provided they are in their original condition i.e. in their original packaging and unused.

Please notify us in writing providing your name, item description and reason for return, and then mail the item back to us. As the customer, you are obliged to pay the postage in this situation. If the goods have not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be given.

Sales of Goods Act

We conform with the Sales of Goods Act in that we endeavour to give honest and full descriptions of all of our products, provide goods of satisfactory quality and ensure they are fit for purpose. Please be aware that due to the nature of the web, slight variations may occur.
