Returns Policy

If you wish to return items, please do let us know within 30 days of your receipt of the order. Goods need to be unused and in original packaging. 

If you wish to return an item, please contact us here with your name and contact details, order number, details of the items you wish to return and reason. If the goods are defective, we will refund the retail price and the cost of shipping both ways.

Packaging

We aim to use packaging that is fully recyclable or compostable as much as possible, so we only purchase cardboard boxes and environmentally-friendly mailing envelopes, and we only use paper tape. Occasionally we may also receive packaging and boxes that has been donated to us for re-use. This may include plastic items such as bubble wrap. We feel it is better to reuse such packaging than have it go straight to landfill. We also often go back in time and reuse newspapers! If you would prefer your items in a new box, please let us know when ordering and we'd be happy to do this.  

If your order is a gift and you would like to leave a message, please do let us know in the special instructions and we'll handwrite a note in the package.

Please do consider the environment and reuse our packaging where possible, and compost or recycle it if you find it's not reusable.
