Terms of Sale

Products and condition

Many of our products are customer returns, overstock or end-of-line stock. Each listing states a condition grade and shows real photos of the exact item. Most items are one-offs, so stock is limited to the quantity shown. Prices are shown in GBP.

Orders

A contract is formed when we email to confirm dispatch. If an item turns out to be unavailable or incorrectly priced, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. See our Refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
