Refund policy

<h2>14-day returns</h2>
<p>We sell rescued returns, overstock and end-of-line products. Every item is checked, graded and photographed by us, but if it isn't right for you, you can send it back.</p>
<h3>Changed your mind?</h3>
<ul><li>You can cancel your order for any reason within <strong>14 days from the day you receive it</strong>, then return the item within a further 14 days.</li>
<li>Tell us by emailing <a href="mailto:info@natee.co.uk">info@natee.co.uk</a> with your order number and the item(s) you're returning.</li>
<li>Please return the item with all accessories and the original packaging where possible.</li>
<li>Return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service.</li>
<li>We refund the item price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof that you've sent it), to your original payment method.</li>
<li>If an item comes back used or damaged beyond what's needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.</li></ul>
<h3>Faulty, damaged or not as described?</h3>
<ul><li>Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply — including to open-box, used and clearance items.</li>
<li>Contact us with a short description and a photo. We'll cover return postage and offer a refund, repair or replacement.</li></ul>
<h3>Condition grades</h3>
<p>Every listing shows one condition grade (New · Sealed, Open box, Like new, Good, For parts) and real photos of the exact item. "For parts" items are sold as not fully working and priced to match — that is not a fault, but you can still return them within 14 days if you change your mind.</p>
