Condition Guide
Know the condition before you buy. Every rescued item at NATEE gets one clear condition grade, real photos of the exact item and a short condition report — so there are no surprises.
New · Sealed Brand new
Unopened, in the original sealed packaging. Often overstock or a return that was never opened.
Open box Opened, unused
The packaging has been opened or damaged, but the item is unused and complete unless stated.
Like new Barely used
Light use with no visible marks. Fully working and checked by us.
Good Used, works well
Visible signs of use such as small scuffs or scratches. Every noticeable mark is shown in the photos.
For parts Spares or repair
Not fully working or incomplete. Clearly described and priced accordingly — ideal for repairers and makers.
The condition report
On every rescued product page you'll also find a short condition report: whether the item has been used, how it was checked (Tested & working, Visually checked or Not tested), the state of the packaging, what accessories are included and any cosmetic marks.
What you see is what you get
We don't use generic stock photos for open-box or used items. You see the actual product you'll receive, including any visible marks, damage or missing accessories. If something significant is missing or marked, we'll tell you.
