Returns

14-day returns on every order. Every item is checked, graded and photographed by us — but if it isn't right for you, you can send it back.

1. Change your mind

  • You can cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order, then send the item back within a further 14 days.
  • Return postage is paid by you (we recommend a tracked service).
  • We refund the item price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the item back, or proof that you've sent it.
  • If an item comes back used or damaged beyond what's needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

2. How to return

  1. Email info@natee.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you're returning.
  2. Pack the item securely with all accessories and, where possible, the original packaging.
  3. Send it to the return address below and keep your proof of postage.

3. Faulty or not as described

  • Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply — including to open-box, used and clearance items.
  • Send us a short description and a photo. We'll cover return postage and offer a refund, repair or replacement.

4. Condition grades

Every listing shows one grade (New · Sealed, Open box, Like new, Good, For parts) and real photos of the exact item — see our condition guide. "For parts" items are sold as not fully working and priced to match; that is not a fault, but you can still return them within 14 days if you change your mind.
