New · Sealed – unopened. Open box – opened, unused, complete unless stated. Like new – barely used, no marks. Good – visible signs of use, all shown in photos. For parts – not fully working, priced to match.

- Every parcel is packed plastic-free — paper tape, recycled cardboard and compostable air pillows. Heavy or fragile items are double-packed.
Returns
14-day returns on every order. Every item is checked, graded and photographed by us — but if it isn't right for you, you can send it back.
1. Change your mind
- You can cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order, then send the item back within a further 14 days.
- Return postage is paid by you (we recommend a tracked service).
- We refund the item price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the item back, or proof that you've sent it.
- If an item comes back used or damaged beyond what's needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
2. How to return
- Email info@natee.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you're returning.
- Pack the item securely with all accessories and, where possible, the original packaging.
- Send it to the return address below and keep your proof of postage.
3. Faulty or not as described
- Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply — including to open-box, used and clearance items.
- Send us a short description and a photo. We'll cover return postage and offer a refund, repair or replacement.
4. Condition grades
Every listing shows one grade (New · Sealed, Open box, Like new, Good, For parts) and real photos of the exact item — see our condition guide. "For parts" items are sold as not fully working and priced to match; that is not a fault, but you can still return them within 14 days if you change your mind.
